DK currently lives in Carlsbad, New Mexico where he is the Sports Editor for the Carlsbad Current-Argus. If you are looking for postings of his writing for the Current-Argus, those can be found on the newspaper’s website. This blog, however, is about how those stories came to be. Out of the Miami bubble and into the (what he is quickly finding out isn’t so proverbial but indeed literal) real world, it’s sink or swim for DK on his first job, even if New Mexico is mostly just sand.
